⏱️Being productive and healthy personality_type → success
A fitting (as in a glove) work environment will make it easier to get into flow. The tools we are using should not disturb us from doing our work. This can go both ways. A system can be not good enough, which would be annoying, or it is too fiddly, and instead of note-taking we spend time improving our system. (→ friction)
A zettelkasten is an example of a good tool. It helps collect and (re-)find information, but it also gives freedom to follow ones fancy. Thus being both liberating and structured at the same time.

Fleeting notes
Favourable environment is created not found or conquered - Perception of successful people at being better than us in conquering problems - Instead they are better at avoiding them (still better) - willpower is not the solution - better to avoid the problem n the first place - judo - tools and how to use them - create a favourable environment - this can be planned, not left to change - at least successful people can - (AQ: Luhmann several time completely changed the paradigm) - See solution, but not in power but in avoiding conflict
