Zettelkasten and Evergreen MOC productivity
Definition: systematic actions that lead to a preset goal
A workflow is a clearly defined goal and outcome, along with the steps required to obtain certain results.
Flow is achieved when an action becomes automatic, effortless. When a workflow becomes automatic, because the simple steps have become a habits, that will make it feel as if the work gets done without effort.
To reach this goal, the separate steps have to be simple, possibly automated, and can be done without conscious thought. Then all the mental effort can be used for the actual task, not the processes surrounding it.
Goal of a workflow (general definition): Increasing productivity, reducing costs, becoming more agile, and improving information exchange
